We create each one of these colorized glass insulators in our 150-year-old converted Tobacco Barn shop. I call it the bro barn.  Colorizing glass is a slow, painstaking process. The non-porous nature of glass requires many light coats, each one needing a considerable amount of care and drying time. Then we coat each one with a diamond clear coat, making them more scratch-resistant and providing more shine and luster. When finished,  they catch the sunlight beautifully. The Cobalt Blue color is beautiful and really catches the sunlight. We always try to ship on the same day.  Thank you.
